Maximum Liability: Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the greater of: the amounts paid by you to AutoFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty thondese Yen (¥50,000).

Basis of the Bargain: You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and AutoFlow, and that we would not provide services without these limitations.

Jurisdiction-Specific Limitations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • • Government actions or regulations

Termination

Termination by Us

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and to mutual satisfaction through direct communication. We commit to working with you in good faith to find a resolution.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that disputes shall be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
